Job OverviewWe are looking for experienced AI Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers to join an international Healthcare & Digital Health project based in Hanoi, Vietnam.The role focuses on building practical AI solutions that combine Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI to solve real-world business problems.You will have the opportunity to work with large-scale healthcare data and develop solutions ranging from predictive models and ML pipelines to intelligent AI agents, LLM applications and automated business workflows.📍 Location: Hanoi, Vietnam💼 Working Model: Fulltime / Hybrid in HanoiWe are hiring across two AI-focused tracks:1. Machine Learning TrackDevelop and productionize ML solutions using traditional Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Time Series and Deep Learning.2. Agentic AI / LLM TrackDesign and build AI agents and LLM-powered applications using RAG, tool/function calling, MCP and modern AI frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesMachine LearningDevelop end-to-end Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics solutions for real-world business problems.Apply various approaches including traditional ML, Time Series and Deep Learning.Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model development and evaluation.Build production-grade ML solutions and contribute to model deployment and monitoring.Translate complex business requirements into practical and measurable AI/ML solutions.Work with large-scale datasets using Python and PySpark.Agentic AI / LLMDesign and develop AI Agents and LLM-powered applications for business workflows.Build knowledge bases and implement RAG, tool/function calling and structured outputs.Develop AI workflows for research, automated quality control, data classification and natural-language data access.Integrate AI agents with platforms and frameworks such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Google ADK and MCP.Design end-to-end AI solutions covering AI orchestration, backend services, APIs and frontend integration.Define evaluation criteria and continuously test and improve AI agent performance, reliability and accuracy.Implement logging, monitoring, guardrails, error handling and human-in-the-loop workflows.Support the transition of AI solutions from prototype/pilot to production-ready systems.RequirementsCommon Requirements4+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science or related fields.Strong Python programming skills.Experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Good English communication and collaboration skills.Candidates must be currently based in Hanoi or willing to relocate to Hanoi.Machine Learning TrackStrong experience with Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics.Hands-on experience with traditional ML, Time Series and/or Deep Learning.Strong experience with Python and PySpark.Experience with ML model deployment, pipelines or monitoring is a plus.Agentic AI / LLM TrackHands-on experience developing Agentic AI / LLM applications.Strong understanding of RAG, tool/function calling, structured outputs and prompt engineering.Experience building, testing and evaluating AI agents and workflows.Knowledge of MCP and AI agent frameworks/platforms.Experience with backend development, APIs and AI workflow integration.What You Will Work WithAI/ML: Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Time Series, Deep LearningGenAI: LLM, RAG, AI Agents, Agentic AIAI Integration: Tool/Function Calling, MCP, Google ADK, ChatGPT, Claude CodeProgramming: Python, PySparkData & Cloud: BigQuery, GCP, AzureEngineering: Backend APIs, AI Orchestration, Monitoring, Evaluation, GuardrailsBenefitsReview salary 1-2 times/year, with the possibility of an unexpected salary rise based on capacity an infinite number of times per yearPolicy for 13th-Month Salary Bonus and Holiday Bonuses According to Company Regulations.Holiday travel mode (package 5-7 million/person), team building,...Full participation in social insurance, as well as a yearly health checkup at a reputable hospital.Comprehensive visit policy for personnel and relatives: birthday, marriage, childbirth, illness, etc.The football club, cycling car, badminton, ... are just a few of the sports and cultural activities available.Allowance for classes and training awards: Learning Star of the Month,A chance to be the face of the year's study, the royaltiesIf you're looking for a new Job, please do not hesitate to contact to me:Mail: quoctp@vmogroup.comPhone/ Call/ Zalo: 0386710976
