The role involves designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI systems capable of independent decision-making and task execution. Candidates will contribute to cutting-edge AI agent frameworks that automate complex workflows across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI agents with multi-step reasoning capabilities for real-world applications.
• Implement reinforcement learning and tool-use architectures to enable agent autonomy.
• Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, and third-party services for seamless operation.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agent behavior with business objectives.Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in building agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI libraries like Hugging Face Transformers or PyTorch.
