Inspired UM is one of Lithuania's leading media communications agencies — a place where curiosity runs the show. For nearly 20 years we've built the campaigns behind some of the country's best-known brands, and we're consistently among the top three media agencies in Lithuania, often leading the market.Much of an agency's work is still done by hand: pulling numbers from every ad platform, rebuilding the same report each week, checking plans against invoices. You'll build the apps that replace that work. Some will be tools for our own teams and some will go to our clients.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Internal apps: AI-backed or plain, for media planning, reporting, invoicing and any other manual work that takes up the team's week.Client-facing tools: planning and analytics tools our teams take into pitches and hand over to clients. The whole stack: interface, back end, data access and deployment. You build it, ship it and keep it running.AI in production: LLM features, retrieval and agents, plus the evaluation that shows they still work next month. What gets built: talk to the people doing the work, decide what's worth building, and drop weak ideas early.Tech we use: Python, PostgreSQL, Azure alongside our own servers, Kubernetes, Airflow, Power BI, and Excel because that's where vendors and clients work. Claude Code from day one.WHAT WE EXPECT:Senior full-stack engineering, in any language: you've built and shipped complete web applications, from front end to database, and kept them running.Applied AI that has shipped: LLM APIs, retrieval and tool use, and what it takes to run them: latency, cost and failure handling.Shipping with coding agents: you let agents write most of the code. You don’t read every line or chase elegance. You insist that it works, is tested and is secure, and you know how to check that without reading it all.Turning a vague request into a tool people use: a planner describes a problem in a sentence, and you work out what to build.Curiosity about how the work gets done: you ask why a process works the way it does and accept that sometimes the right answer is to leave it alone.Language: proficient in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.Nice to have: containers and CI/CD; an agency, media or ad tech background.WHAT WE OFFER:Salary: 4,500–6,100 EUR/month gross. A specific salary is offered according to your experience and competence.Short path to users: the people you build for are your colleagues and their clients, so you'll see your work in use within weeks rather than quarters.Growth: a learning & development budget and an internal library.Team: Peers placed strategically across our organization, each bringing a unique set of skills that together make a highly effective team.Time away: an annual company trip abroad.HOW TO APPLY:Send your CV to cv@inspired.lt.By applying you agree that Inspired UM processes your personal data for this recruitment. We treat every application confidentially and delete your data when the search ends, unless you ask us to keep your CV for future roles.
