If you are early in your AI career and want to accelerate fast, there are few better places to do it.About the role:Contribute to the design, development and deployment of AI solutions across a varied portfolio of live projects within the Centre of ExcellenceWork alongside senior engineers and technical leads, gaining exposure to complex, real-world AI challenges across multiple domainsSupport the build-out of the COE's AI capability, including tooling, frameworks and best practicesCollaborate cross-functionally with data, engineering and product teams to integrate AI into broader solution architecturesStay current with developments in AI research and emerging techniques, bringing new thinking into the teamGrow your technical capability rapidly in an environment that actively invests in the development of its people About you:2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering or a closely related disciplineSolid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and practical experience building and deploying modelsProficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Hugging FaceExposure to NLP, computer vision or other applied AI domains is advantageousComfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving, collaborative environmentStrong communication skills and a genuine appetite to learn from those around youUAE National status is required for this position
