AI Engineering Specialist

Job PurposeDevelop, deploy, and integrate scalable AI and machine learning solutions to automate business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to address business needs.Develop and integrate AI solutions, including LLMs and APIs, with existing enterprise systems.Build predictive analytics models to support forecasting and business performance.Prepare, analyze, and process complex datasets for AI model development.Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.Collaborate with business teams to identify AI opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.Apply MLOps practices to support scalable and secure AI deployment.Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and AI ethical standards.Qualification and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong proficiency in Python, machine learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).Experience in API development, AI integration, and MLOps.Experience in deploying secure and scalable AI solutions in production environments.
