QualificationsExperience: 3+ years of production Software Engineering with customer facing role or consulting experience and 2+ years of LLM/GenAI deployment experience.Development & Training: Strong live-coding, debugging, troubleshooting, technical communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Key Skills & ExpertiseSoftware Engineering: Python, FastAPI, modern APIs, Docker, CI/CD, and scalable application development.LLM Applications: Context engineering, token management, memory management, and LangChain.Advanced RAG: Hybrid search, GraphRAG, rerankers, citations, RAG evaluations, PGVector, and Qdrant.Agentic AI: ReAct, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), MCP client/server development using FastMCP, multi-agent orchestration, LangGraph, and DeepAgents.Evaluation & Observability: LLM and agent evaluations, monitoring, and tracing using RAGAS, DeepEvals, LangSmith, and LangFuse.AI Security: Guardrails, PII protection, prompt injection, and jailbreak defence.Cloud Deployment: Hands-on expertise in Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock AgentCore, including RAG and agent deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical training on FDE concepts, GenAI, and Agentic AI.Demonstrate real-world AI application development and deployment through live coding and practical projects.Explain system architecture, implementation approaches, and technical trade-offs.Guide learners through hands-on implementation, debugging, and troubleshooting.Stay updated with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.
