Job ResponsibilitiesFocusing on the application of large models, leveraging intelligent agents (Agents) to drive key technological advancements in B2B and B2C applications:Responsible for the end-to-end development of large model-based intelligent agents (Agents), including but not limited to data processing, training, optimization, and deployment.Explore and implement the latest machine learning algorithms and AI models, optimizing Agents’ core capabilities such as memory, planning, actions, and tools to enhance performance and efficiency in real-world user scenarios.Lead the deployment of large model-based Agents and conduct related research and development for practical applications.Stay up to date with cutting-edge technologies and participate in key research and breakthroughs in large model-based Agents.Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.围绕大模型的落地，以智能体（Agents）为抓手，推进大模型在toB和toC应用中的核心技术攻坚:负责大模型智能体（Agents）的全流程工作，包括但不限于数据处理、训练、优化和部署；探索和实施最新的机器学习算法和AI模型，负责Agents的优化，包括但不限于memory, plan, action, tools等核心能力，提升Agents的在用户场景下的性能和效率；负责大模型Agents落地工作和Agents相关的应用研究和开发；紧跟前沿技术，参与大模型Agents关键技术研究和突破；完成领导交办的其他任务。Job RequirementsMaster’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Big Data, or related fields.Strong programming skills, proficient in Python and C++, with experience in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. Capable of independently designing, developing, and testing algorithms.Familiarity with large model training and optimization techniques, including but not limited to Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT).Understanding of Agent frameworks, with business problem modeling capabilities; hands-on experience in Agent-based applications is a plus.Proficiency in natural language processing, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.Strong problem-solving skills, passion for AI technology innovation, and enthusiasm for AI product development. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.Strong communication and coordination abilities, with fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Ability to conduct daily research work in English.全日制硕士或以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、自然语言处理、机器学习、大数据等相关专业；扎实的编程功底，精通Python、C++等编程语言，熟悉PyTorch、TensorFlow等深度学习框架，能够独立完成算法设计、开发和测试。熟悉大模型的训练和优化，包括但不限Prompt、RAG、SFT等；熟悉Agent框架，具备业务问题建模能力，有Agent业务实践经验者优先；熟练掌握自然语言处理、机器学习和深度学习等技术;具有出色的解决复杂问题的能力，热爱AI技术创新，对AI产品有热情，具有良好的团队协作和沟通能力，能够在多学科团队中高效工作;具备优秀的沟通和协调能力，具备流利的英语听说读写能力，可使用英文开展日常科研工作。
