This position is not with OVI.You will own the standard-setting, testing, and independent verification of AI agent safety, quality, and compliance as our client's agent fleet grows. You will define what "safe, correct, and compliant" means, test for it independently, scale that testing as the agent count grows, and drive accountability when something breaks. As the agent count climbs, you'll scale through risk-tiering and reusable test libraries.Key Responsibilities• Architect adversarial payload libraries and red-teaming frameworks for self-testing.• Author reusable red-teaming libraries covering OWASP Top Vulnerabilities for LLM Applications.• Enable autonomous verification of data leakage prevention and tool guardrails.• Provide periodic red-team campaigns and automated regression scripts.• Build hallucination testing policies, bias assessment templates, and drift monitoring frameworks.• Integrate evaluation methodologies into CI/CD pipelines.• Translate regulatory obligations into actionable technical checklists.• Provide frameworks for auditability and brand safety sampling.• Maintain automated monitoring and reporting of governance metrics.• Conduct periodic maturity assessments against global frameworks.Your Profile• Extensive experience in building and testing systems where safety, compliance, or security matter.• Experience in red-teaming or adversarial testing on LLM applications.• Knowledge of data access control models and RAG pipelines.• Proficiency in coding, preferably in Python.What's Offered• Opportunity to work in a leading technology environment.• Chance to influence governance standards and compliance processes.• Work remotely with a global team.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who can translate between security, engineering, data, and legal domains.
