AI | HEAD OF AI, ENTERPRISE SAAS (Reporting to the CEO)We are working with a fast-growing Enterprise SaaS company serving multinational clients across Asia-Pacific and global markets. The company is appointing its first Head of AI to make the business AI-native, in its products and in how its teams work.We are looking for a leader who wants to own real AI outcomes rather than write strategy decks. This is a CEO-level role with real scope: you will set the AI vision, ship GenAI capabilities into the product, drive AI adoption across engineering, sales and delivery, and build a team of 20–30.What you will do:Define and own the company-wide AI strategy and roadmap, prioritised by business value, and act as the senior AI voice to the CEO, leadership team and key customers.Lead GenAI in the product, from intelligent automation and compliance checks to AI assistants, AI agents for business operations, and analytics, taking use cases from prototype to production.Drive AI adoption across the business: AI-assisted engineering and testing in R&D, AI tools for sales and proposals, and AI-powered client implementation, service delivery and support.Build and lead an AI team of 20–30 across AI product, solutions, engineering and enablement, partnering closely with the CTO and regional leaders.Establish responsible AI governance, data privacy and quality standards suited to a multi-country, compliance-heavy environment, and track measurable impact on adoption, revenue and efficiency.What you have done:Your current title could be Head of AI, Director of AI Product, Senior Product Manager (AI), Head of Digital Transformation, Practice Lead, or something else entirely. What matters more is what you have actually done, such as:Leading GenAI, LLM, RAG or AI agent products from idea to production within the last two to three years, with measurable resultsDriving AI adoption beyond a single product team, across functions such as engineering, sales, operations, implementation or customer serviceWorking with business-critical Enterprise SaaS platforms (for example, finance, operations, workforce or customer management), as a product leader, solution architect or implementation leadBuilding and managing multi-disciplinary teams, including managersPresenting to and winning buy-in from the CEO, C-suite and senior stakeholders across regionsWhat we are looking for:10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or enterprise software, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Within the last 2–3 years, you have led GenAI or AI-driven transformation with measurable results, both in customer-facing products and across business functions.Hands-on understanding of current AI technology: you still prototype, evaluate models and tools, and can go deep with engineering teams.A strong business mindset, able to turn AI into customer value and operational efficiency, with experience in compliance-heavy or accuracy-critical settings a plus.Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) are required, to work with teams and stakeholders across Singapore and China.Based in Singapore or willing to relocate.This is an opportunity to build an AI function from the ground up at a defining stage for the company.
