AI Implementation & Systems Specialist

Main Purpose:Implement practical AI, automation, and IT solutions that improve business processes and reduce manual work.Key Responsibilities:Implement and maintain AI agents, RAG/knowledge bases, prompt systems, and API integrations.Identify business processes that can be improved through AI and automation.Build workflow automations using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.Provide general IT support and troubleshooting across the team.Build and maintain websites using AI-assisted tools.Assist with basic SEO and website optimization.Work with external vendors and technology providers when needed.Support different teams and business functions, not just the business owner.Key Requirements:Hands-on experience with AI/LLM implementation.Knowledge of RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, APIs, and automation.Strong general IT and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.Strong problem-solving and independent working skills.Good written and spoken English.Team-oriented and willing to assist colleagues.Nice to Have:Experience with an ERP system.Basic SEO knowledge, including keyword research and on-page optimization.Experience working in a small or mid-sized business where employees handle varied responsibilities.Important:This is not a data science, AI model-training, or single-platform IT support role. It focuses on practical AI implementation, automation, system integration, and business process improvement.
