Who We Are:Yael Group is a leading group of companies in the Israeli market, providing advanced technological solutions across a wide range of domains to organizations in all sectors.Job Description:Lead, define, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions within the organization with full end-to-end ownership.Product management and Discovery: identifying business needs, conducting user interviews, understanding organizational pain points, and translating them into technological solutions.Product thinking: making decisions regarding capabilities, features, and task prioritization (Backlog).Technological development and implementation: building solutions that integrate cloud platforms (AWS), Google Workspace environment, and advanced AI tools (such as Claude Code).Translating technological specifications into Cloud-native architecture and writing detailed and clear technical documentation for developed systems and interfaces.Implementation and training (Citizen Development): supporting, training, and guiding business users (non-technical) in the effective use of developed tools, while making technological complexity accessible through simple business language so they can independently create solutions.Daily cross-functional collaboration with various departments and stakeholders across the organization, requiring flexibility and continuous learning of new technologies.Job Requirements:Relevant academic education.General professional experience of over 6 years. Of these, at least 2 years of specific experience in implementing the required platform within a government ministry is mandatory.At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and/or Python (or additional programming languages).Proven experience working with advanced AI-based development tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor) for building applications and automations.Experience working with AWS Cloud, including practical familiarity with core services such as IAM, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.Experience and ability to build solutions using Google Apps Script, Sheets API, and Drive API.Hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering, working with language models, and connecting models to organizational knowledge repositories (RAG / Knowledge Bases).Ability to work independently and identify needs, teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and user training skills.Experience working with additional AI Coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Code Interpreter), experience with Workflow Automation tools (such as Make, Zapier, n8n), experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), experience leading digital transformation in organizations, and familiarity with workflows in the public sector.
