AI Implementation Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to support the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions across the organization.The role will focus on identifying opportunities for automation, improving business processes, implementing AI tools and workflows, and supporting departments in using AI effectively to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify business processes suitable for AI and automation.Implement AI tools, workflows, and automation solutions across departments.Develop and maintain AI-powered processes, internal assistants, and reporting solutions.Integrate AI tools with existing systems, platforms, and business applications where required.Work with different departments to understand operational requirements and recommend suitable AI solutions.Automate repetitive tasks, reporting, data analysis, and document processing.Evaluate new AI tools, platforms, and vendors based on business needs, cost, security, and scalability.Conduct testing and pilot projects before full implementation.Train employees on approved AI tools and ensure effective adoption.Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and user guidelines for implemented solutions.Monitor the performance and effectiveness of AI implementations and recommend improvements.Ensure AI solutions are used in accordance with company data privacy and security policies.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in AI implementation, automation, digital transformation, or business systems.Practical experience with AI tools, workflow automation, and system integrations.Experience working with multiple departments and business stakeholders.Experience in retail, FMCG, distribution, e-commerce, or logistics will be an advantage.Technical SkillsKnowledge of tools and technologies such as:ChatGPT / OpenAIMicrosoft Copilot, Gemini, ClaudeAI Agents and Prompt EngineeringMake.com, Zapier, n8n, or Power AutomateAPI IntegrationsPower BI / Looker StudioAdvanced Excel / Google SheetsSQL or PythonERP, CRM, and E-commerce systemsKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of business processesStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple projectsStrong documentation skillsAbility to translate business requirements into practical AI solutionsContinuous improvement and results-oriented mindsetRole ObjectiveThe AI Implementation Specialist will act as the link between business operations and AI technology, ensuring that AI solutions deliver measurable improvements in productivity, automation, operational efficiency, reporting, cost savings, and decision-making.
