As one of the leading firms in the construction sector, SAUDICO provides opportunities to contribute to high-profile and iconic projects across the Kingdom.Role Description The AI Implementation Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for driving the adoption and integration of AI solutions across SAUDICO’s construction operations and business functions. This role involves assessing current processes, identifying opportunities for AI-driven efficiencies, and developing implementation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. The AI Implementation Strategist will collaborate closely with engineering, project management, IT, and executive teams to design pilot initiatives, oversee solution deployment, and ensure change management and stakeholder alignment. Day-to-day tasks include conducting feasibility studies, defining requirements with internal stakeholders and external vendors, monitoring AI project performance, and recommending iterative improvements. The role also includes documenting best practices, training relevant teams on new tools, and staying current with industry trends to inform future AI initiatives.QualificationsStrong skills in AI strategy and implementation, including the ability to analyze workflows, define AI use cases, and develop pragmatic deployment plans.Experience with data analysis and process optimization, with the capability to translate business needs into technical requirements for AI solutions.Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with skills in communication, negotiation, and change management.Ability to evaluate AI tools and platforms, coordinate with technology vendors, and oversee pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives.Knowledge of construction or engineering project environments, including familiarity with project management practices, cost controls, and operational workflows is a plusAbility to evaluate AI tools and platforms, coordinate with technology vendors, and oversee pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field; advanced degree or specialized training in AI, data science, or digital transformation is an advantage.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes within agreed timelines.Fluency in English is required;
