Company Description PremierQ is a specialized contractor focused on the business of play and leisure, delivering sports and recreational projects across the GCC region. Role Description The AI Implementation Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Manama. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to apply AI solutions across PremierQ’s design, consultancy, material supply, and construction processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current workflows, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and designing AI use cases that align with business goals and project constraints. The AI Implementation Strategist will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to select appropriate tools, oversee pilots, and support integration of AI models and analytics into existing systems. The role also involves monitoring performance, refining strategies based on measurable outcomes, training team members on new capabilities, and documenting best practices for scalable AI adoption.QualificationsAbility to analyze business processes and design AI use cases that improve operational efficiency, quality control, and project planning.Experience implementing or coordinating AI, data analytics, or automation solutions within project-based or construction-related environments.Strong skills in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.Capacity to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for colleagues and partners.Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., machine learning frameworks, predictive analytics, or optimization software) is highly beneficial.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and outcome-focused mindset.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.Experience within the construction, sports, leisure, or facilities sectors in the GCC region is an advantage.Comfort working on-site in Manama and collaborating with diverse teams and external suppliers.
