About the Job99Tech is a technology company building scalable digital platforms and operational systems for global clients. We operate with a strong focus on product excellence, engineering quality, speed of execution, and operational clarity.AI is becoming a default part of how we work, not a side project. We are pushing for consistent, high-value AI adoption across every team, building automations that remove manual grind, and running the internal systems the company depends on day to day. We need a leader who can turn that ambition into shipped, reliable outcomes. As AI & Innovation Manager (Infosystems/AI), you own our AI and internal-systems function end to end and lead it hands-on. You manage three areas — Enterprise AI Automation, AI Enablement, and Research & Special Projects — including IT operations that keep the company running. You report directly to the Head of BI (AGM) and have real authority to set the AI and infosystems agenda, decide what to build versus buy, and manage the risks that come with scaling AI.This is a senior role. You are expected to lead people and still be close enough to the work to judge whether an automation is sound and an AI use case is real value, not waste.ResponsibilitiesOwn the AI and infosystems roadmap across Enterprise AI Automation, AI Enablement, and Research & Special Projects — decide what to prioritize, build, or drop.Lead, develop, and grow the team: AI engineers and analysts across automation, enablement, and IT operations.Drive the AI-First adoption program — move the company from partial to consistent weekly adoption, and from casual use to genuinely productive, higher-value use.Own enterprise AI automation — identify high-grind, high-volume processes and ship automations that remove them, with measured hours saved.Set the standard for safe, high-quality AI use — manage the real risks (low-quality output, data security, over-reliance) deliberately as adoption scales.Run Research & Special Projects — evaluate new tools and approaches, run controlled pilots, and turn what works into rollout.Keep internal IT and systems running reliably — access, tooling, and operational support the company depends on.Partner with Data Analytics, Product, and Security on shared platforms, data access, and where AI touches sensitive data.Report adoption, automation impact, and risk to management in clear, business-level terms — hours saved and value created, not activity.Build the systems and playbooks that let AI capability scale across the company as the team grows.Requirements6+ years in AI/ML, automation, data, or technology delivery, with at least 2–3 years leading a team.Hands-on enough to judge the work: understands LLMs and modern AI tooling, automation platforms, and how to wire systems together — able to tell a real solution from a demo.Track record of shipping automations or AI use cases into production with measurable impact, not just proofs of concept.Experience driving adoption and change across non-technical teams — you can make a capability stick, not just launch it.Sound judgement on AI risk — output quality, data security, and where not to use AI.Comfortable owning or overseeing internal IT / infosystems operations.Strong prioritization and decision-making under ambiguity, with explicit trade-offs.Clear communicator — translates technical capability into business value for leadership.High ownership mindset and strong attention to detail.Communicates well in English.Experience in high-traffic consumer platforms, real-money environments, or gaming/fintech is a strong plus.Experience building a function or capability from early stage is a strong plus.Note: This is a full-time job. Concurrent freelance, part-time, consulting is not permitted
