Exciting Opportunity Alert! 🌟 HTC Global Services is hiring an AI Innovation Project Manager for an 1-year extendable contract in Dubai, UAE (Onsite).HTC Global Services - a leading CMM level 5 global provider of innovative IT and Business Process Services and Solutions since 1990 with headquarters in Troy, Michigan, USA.Job DescriptionKey Skills and ExperienceAgile/Scrum delivery management and sprint planning.Stakeholder management across business and IT teams.Vendor and external partner coordination.Experience managing Proof of Concept (POC) lifecycle, from intake and execution to production handover, using the DBC lifecycle or an equivalent stage-gate process.Exposure to AI/ML initiatives or emerging technology programs.Reporting, governance, and KPI tracking.Budget management and fund utilization tracking.Role OverviewThe Innovation Project Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of the Innovation Proof of Concept (POC) pipeline under IT Strategy, Governance & Innovation. The role involves managing POC requests from initial intake and prioritization through execution, evaluation, and transition into business-funded implementation.The position will work closely with Enterprise Architecture delivery teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure timely execution, effective governance, and measurable outcomes from innovation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the intake, assessment, prioritization, and tracking of innovation POC requests.Plan and manage Agile/Scrum sprint cadences for POC execution in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture delivery resources.Coordinate with external vendors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the POC lifecycle.Organize and conduct stakeholder demonstrations to present POC outcomes, progress, and business value.Prepare quarterly status reports, governance updates, and performance dashboards.Manage the graduation and handover of successful POCs into business-funded implementation through the DBC lifecycle or equivalent stage-gate process.Track innovation budgets, fund utilization, and expenditure against approved allocations.Monitor and report KPIs, including the number of POCs initiated and completed, graduation rate, and cost per POC.Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with strategic objectives.Ensure innovation initiatives follow established IT governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting requirements.Interested candidates please do share your updated CV to mubeenakamal.basha@htcinc.com mentioning your Current CTC, expected CTC and notice period details.#HTCGlobalServices #ITJobs #hiring #lookingforjob #careers #jobs #immediatejoiner #recruitment #technology #jobseekers #interview #lookingforjobchange #newjob #uaejobs #contract #onsite #AIproject manager #Innovation #Agile #Scrum #POC
