In this role, you will design, build, maintain, and optimize the internal software tools that power our operations. This is a high-responsibility role and includes taking ownership of our in-house built CRM system, financial tools, client portals, and the data pipelines that keep information flowing automatically, accurately and securely across the business.This is a rare opportunity to take genuine ownership of meaningful systems early/mid in your career, working at the intersection of finance and technology within a high-growth environment.The role is hybrid-based between Dubai / Abu Dhabi, balancing business needs with the right candidate's preferences.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that meets professional standards of quality and security, with a strong focus on automation.Build and enhance workflows, internal financial tools, client-facing portals, and our in-house CRM system.Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines that ensure accuracy and integrity across our platforms.Integrate internal and third-party systems to create seamless, efficient workflows.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues with diligence and care.Collaborate closely with financial advisors and other stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.Requirements & QualificationsExperience0–5 years of software development experience.Your talent is more important than your past experience.Technical SkillsSolid programming fundamentals and a genuine eagerness to learn.Familiarity with Airtable is a plus because our in-house CRM system is built on it.Comfort working with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.An elementary understanding of finance and the investment universe is a strong plus (basic understanding of equities, bonds, ETFs, risk vs. return, the role of diversification, etc.).Familiarity with Zapier, Make, Notion, GitHub, and Claude Code is a plus.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive financial data.A likeable, approachable personality with good energy and easy to work with.The ability to work independently and autonomously with minimal supervision.The ideal candidate is self-directed, comfortable in their own company, and draws energy from focused and independent work.What We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experience/potential.Rapid career growth within the rapidly expanding fintech and private wealth sector in the UAE.The chance to take 100% responsibility for building systems that matter, in a prestigious yet modern environment where your work is seen, valued, and rewarded.Vantage Capital is an equal opportunity employer.
