AI Lead

Our client, a leading HR Tech company in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. AI Research and ExperimentationResearch and test AI technologies to address and optimize the Company’s core business challenges.Review and consolidate relevant AI research and developments.Experiment with, evaluate, and improve AI technologies to identify the most effective solutions for specific business problems.AI System Development and ImplementationDevelop and implement AI systems to integrate AI technologies into the Company’s products and operational processes.Participate in designing and proposing suitable deployment architectures for AI systems.Develop and maintain AI system modules.Collaborate with product development teams, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts to ensure that AI systems are fully and effectively integrated.AI Team Management and Strategic DirectionManage and guide the activities of the AI function in alignment with the Company’s overall strategy.Monitor and provide periodic reports on the progress and overall activities of the AI team to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule.Provide research and technology direction to address the Company’s business challenges.Support the definition of long-term objectives and core business problems to be addressed by the AI function.Develop and continuously improve processes and tools to optimize the team’s operational efficiency.Other ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.REQUIREMENTSEducationBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.Experience At least 5 years of experience in Data Science or Artificial Intelligence.Experience in Natural Language Processing and Big Data.Experience designing, developing, and deploying large-scale AI systems.Experience integrating and fine-tuning Large Language Models.Team management or leadership experience is preferred.Technical KnowledgeStrong foundation in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Natural Language Processing.Good knowledge of Data Science and Big Data processing.Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.In-depth understanding of frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, and FastAPI.SkillsAbility to read and understand technical documentation.Strong capability in problem analysis and solution selection.Experience testing and optimizing machine learning models.Software development skills.Leadership and management capabilities.Strong work-planning and organizational skills.Personal AttributesEfficient, ethical, and professional working style.Good ability to read and understand technical English.Strong communication and presentation skills.Proactive, responsible, and accountable in the workplace.BENEFITSCompetitive salary and benefits package.Guaranteed 13th-month salary, plus an additional one-month performance bonus upon achievement of the assigned targets.Opportunity to contribute to and shape a fast-growing HRM SaaS product with meaningful impact.Collaborative and innovative working environment.Flexible working arrangements.Full salary during the probation period.Contact: Quynh Anh Nguyen or Thuong Le Due to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
