Lead AI/ML EngineerRole OverviewWe are looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based solutions to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems.What the Role Will Focus OnDesigning and deploying LLM-powered applications (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral)Building conversational agents, copilots, and multi-agent workflowsArchitecting RAG pipelines, prompt strategies, and tool/function callingDeveloping scalable Python backends (FastAPI, async APIs, vector database integrations)Deploying solutions on AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, Bedrock, SageMaker, CI/CD pipelines)Collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-ready GenAI solutionsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM developmentExperience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, or similar frameworksSolid Python engineering skills with microservices experienceProven ability to design end-to-end GenAI architecturesCloud-native deployment experience (AWS preferred)Nice to HaveExperience with multimodal AI (text, image, audio)Knowledge of knowledge graphsExperience with enterprise system integrationsCandidate ProfileMid- to senior-level technical leader who enjoys building and shipping solutionsComfortable owning projects end to endCollaborative, proactive, and passionate about GenAI innovation
