AI/LLM Engineer / Solution Architect

Career Levels: Analyst/Senior Analyst, Consultant/Associate Manager, Manager, Senior Manager/Associate DirectorRole OverviewWe are looking for AI/LLM Engineers / Architects across multiple career levels to design, build and scale end-to-end AI platform architectures that power the modern, reinvented enterprise. You will work across classical machine learning, generative AI and agentic systems, helping clients turn business needs into secure, reliable and measurable AI platforms. Depending on level, the role ranges from hands-on engineering and component delivery through to solution ownership, technical leadership, executive advisory and practice thought leadership.What you doDesign, build and deploy AI solutions using agentic, generative and classical AI/ML technologies on cloud platforms.Develop AI agent architectures including prompts, tools, skills, memory, orchestration, handoffs and error recovery.Integrate foundation models, fine-tuning approaches, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, vector search and enterprise knowledge sources.Engineer secure, observable and scalable AI systems with guardrails, PII handling, access controls, monitoring, audit logging and cost controls.Evaluate solution quality using test harnesses and metrics such as accuracy, relevance, faithfulness, performance and cost.Create architecture artefacts, design documents, integration specifications and reusable patterns that support delivery teams.Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, application developers, clients and senior stakeholders to deliver business value.Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline. Required Experience- (level of required experience required will increase with seniority)Experience in the LLM and Generative AI space.Experience architecting and operationalizing LLM driven application architecture patterns.Coding experience using pythoncoding and engineering, machine learning, deep learning and NLP solutions and applications.Experience in designing, & deploying AI / ML solutions using at least one cloud vendor.For more senior roles:Significant experience in engineering, machine learning, deep learning, NLP solutions and applications.Proven experience as a machine architect in the industry designing big data, machine learning and large-scale analytical engineering solutions
