AI/ML Developer

We're looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer Level II to join our growing engineering team. If you're passionate about Conversational AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and building enterprise-grade virtual assistants, this is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and maintain advanced conversational AI solutions using the RASA framework.Build intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants capable of delivering scalable, production-ready experiences.Develop clean, efficient Python applications, custom actions, and backend integrations.Train, evaluate, and optimize NLP models to improve intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.Deploy and manage AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, and Dialogflow.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality AI solutions.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, MLOps best practices, and continuous model improvement.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production chatbots using RASA.Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices.Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Cloud Build, IAM, and Vertex AI.Strong understanding of NLP concepts, including intent classification, entity recognition, and context management.Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, spaCy, or Transformers.Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.Nice to HaveExperience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.Experience working with BigQuery for conversational analytics.Google Cloud certifications, particularly Professional Machine Learning Engineer.Experience with Dialogflow or hybrid conversational AI architectures.What Makes You a Great FitStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to take ownership of projects from design through deployment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience working in Agile environments.Passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous learning.If you're excited about building intelligent conversational experiences and working with modern AI and cloud technologies, we'd love to hear from you.
