The candidate should have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML models. Experience in Java is an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business use cases.Work with structured and unstructured data to build intelligent solutions.Develop and optimize Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI applications.Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference.Integrate AI/ML solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.Perform model evaluation, tuning, and monitoring.Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.Stay updated with the latest AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.Required SkillsStrong experience in Python.Experience in:NLPLarge Language Models (LLMs)RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)Vector Databases and EmbeddingsKnowledge of REST APIs and model integration.Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.Preferred SkillsExperience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other GenAI platforms.Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment practices.Exposure to AI Agent frameworks and Agentic AI concepts.Java / Spring Boot experience is an added advantage.Nice to HaveExperience with AI agents, copilots, or enterprise AI solutions.Exposure to MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with Git, Agile, and DevOps practices.
