You'll work on production AI systems that directly touch our members and staff — from in-house voice hardware to conversational agents and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines — turning cutting-edge machine learning into tools that actually ship.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCONVERSATIONAL AI & VOICEIntegrate speech-to-text, language-model reasoning, and text-to-speech capabilities into our in-house voice hardware, handling practical issues and tracking real-world performanceMaintain and enhance advanced conversational agents across web, mobile, and voice-based platformsRAG & MACHINE LEARNING SYSTEMSDevelop and deploy production-ready Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including building FAISS-based vector stores, generating embeddings, and optimizing prompts for latency and accuracyPrepare datasets, train and validate models (using tools like scikit-learn or XGBoost), manage experiments, containerize applications with Docker, and deploy to staging and production environments via CI/CD pipelinesAPI DEVELOPMENT & ENGINEERING PRACTICESDesign and extend RESTful APIs using FastAPI, incorporating features like authentication, rate-limiting, versioning, and structured loggingEnsure high code quality by writing clear tests, participating in code reviews, and collaborating closely with teammates and technical leadershipThe duties and responsibilities listed are not exhaustive and may be reasonably amended as business requirements evolve.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGREQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical fieldProficiency in Python; comfortable writing clean, maintainable, and tested codePractical knowledge of Python's data and ML ecosystem: NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and deep-learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlowFamiliarity with standard software development tools, including Git, Docker, and basic Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) practicesProject-based experience developing at least one RESTful API and one complete machine learning workflow from data preparation through model deploymentExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset; comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a fast-paced technical team PREFERREDExposure to frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or related generative AI toolingExperience or familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma)Basic understanding of generative AI models and their practical applicationsFamiliarity with developing real-time or asynchronous applications (asyncio, WebSockets)Familiarity with building gradient-boosting algorithms (XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM)Participation in internships, hackathons, or projects involving conversational interfaces or real-time systemsWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salary GymNation all-access membership & wellness stipend30 calendar days paid vacation
