We deploy frontier AI into the world's most important institutions — governments, healthcare systems, and critical industries.This isn't a research role. You'll take state-of-the-art models and make them work in production, at scale, inside institutions that impact millions of people.The problem you'd help solve:The world's most critical institutions still run on manual workflows and legacy systems. We're the team turning that into a solved problem. We've already automated construction permitting for a sovereign government (80% faster, $375M+ unlocked), optimised supply chains for a leading energy company (30% cost reduction, $100M+ in losses prevented), and streamlined patient care across national health systems (40% better outcomes, 80% less admin).You'd be building and deploying the AI systems that generate results like those — not demos, not prototypes, but production software running inside real institutions.You'll likely be a fit if you have:5+ years of industry experience building and deploying production AI/ML systems — or 2–3 years with an exceptional academic background from a top-tier institutionA BSc, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field from a strong universityHands-on experience building production GenAI applications — agents, reasoning models, RAG — not just research implementationsStrong working knowledge of LLM architecture and operationDirect experience implementing models in PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlowStrong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principlesThe ability to own a problem end-to-end and acquire whatever knowledge is needed to shipNice to have:Experience at a high-growth AI startup — this is the profile we weight most heavilyBackground at a top-tier AI lab or recognisable big tech company (Google DeepMind, NVIDIA, Tesla, etc.)Experience deploying AI in regulated or institutional environments (government, healthcare, energy)Ex-founder or early-stage startup experienceComfort operating across software engineering, product, and stakeholder management simultaneouslyWhat you won't find here:This role won't suit you if you want to stay in research, avoid ambiguity, or hand off deployment to someone else.
