AI/ML Engineer

Avaali is looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy intelligent machine learning solutions that power enterprise automation and digital transformation. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product teams, and business stakeholders to design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable AI/ML models across a variety of business use cases. You will play a key role in transforming research into production-ready AI solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for enterprise business applications.Research, evaluate, and prototype new machine learning algorithms, AI techniques, and emerging technologies.Work with structured and unstructured datasets, performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data transformation.Deploy machine learning models into production environments with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.Build APIs, automation pipelines, and integration workflows to operationalize AI models within enterprise applications.Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.Monitor production model performance and implement model retraining, optimization, and lifecycle management strategies.Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, and automated deployment.Ensure AI solutions follow best practices for performance, maintainability, scalability, and cloud-native deployment.Stay current with advancements in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and emerging AI technologies, recommending improvements to existing solutions.Qualifications3–5 years of experience developing and deploying Machine Learning or AI solutions.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.Experience working with SQL, Pandas, Apache Spark, and large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.Experience deploying machine learning models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Strong understanding of MLOps practices including CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and ML lifecycle management.Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, Computer Vision, or Time-Series Analytics is an added advantage.Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Responsible AI, AI Governance, and Ethical AI practices is preferred.Tools & Technologies You Will UsePython, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learnSQL, Pandas, Apache SparkAWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Docker, KubernetesMLflow, Kubeflow, Amazon SageMakerREST APIs & MicroservicesMLOps, CI/CD Pipelines & Model MonitoringGenerative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Time-Series AnalyticsAI Governance & Responsible AI FrameworksAbout Avaali SolutionsAvaali Solutions is a leading enterprise automation and AI company specializing in Intelligent Automation, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Workflow Automation, OCR, Digital Transformation, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Agentic AI solutions.
