Job Title: AI/ML EngineerExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: BangaloreEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, machine learning, deep learning, and production-grade model deployment, along with experience working with cloud platforms and modern AI technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for business applications.Develop end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and deployment.Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns and develop data-driven solutions.Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy.Develop and integrate ML models into applications through APIs and microservices.Work closely with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver AI/ML solutions.Monitor model performance in production and implement continuous improvements.Build and maintain scalable ML solutions using cloud-based infrastructure.Implement best practices for MLOps, model versioning, CI/CD, and model monitoring.Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities for their practical application.Maintain technical documentation for models, pipelines, experiments, and deployment processes.Required Skills:5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related field.Strong programming experience in Python.Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, statistics, and data science concepts.Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.Strong experience with Pandas, NumPy, and other data processing libraries.Experience with SQL and working with large datasets.Strong understanding of model development, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform — AWS, Azure, or GCP.Good understanding of Git, Docker, CI/CD, and software development best practices.Good to Have:Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Prompt Engineering.Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.Experience with Vector Databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.Experience with MLOps tools and practices, including model monitoring and automated ML pipelines.Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or other AI domains.Experience working with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Preferred CandidateStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to independently design and implement production-ready AI/ML solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience taking ML/AI solutions from proof of concept to production.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
