AI/ML Engineer

The company provides expert calls, custom primary research, and synthesized market insights, helping decision-makers turn information into actionable conviction across due diligence, competitive intelligence, and market entry.Role Description:This is a full-time, On-site/Hybrid AI/ML Engineer role. The AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that power Agnios IQ’s expert network and research platforms.Responsibilities include building LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, intelligent search, recommendation/matching systems, and data-processing workflows. The role involves integrating AI models and third-party APIs, developing scalable AI services, evaluating model performance, optimizing latency and cost, and ensuring reliability and security in production.The engineer will work closely with product, engineering, data, and research teams to identify practical AI opportunities, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and continuously improve Agnios IQ’s AI capabilities.Qualifications:1. Strong foundation in Computer Science, AI/ML, data structures, algorithms, and system design.2. Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar programming languages.3. Understanding of machine learning, NLP, model evaluation, and data processing.4. Experience working with LLMs and Generative AI, including GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar models.5. Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, or equivalent.6. Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, prompt engineering, and AI agents is highly desirable.7. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, APIs, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.8. Ability to write clean, scalable, maintainable code and troubleshoot production systems.9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy, performance, reliability, and cost optimization.10. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Good to Have- Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.- Experience building AI agents and multi-agent workflows.- Familiarity with fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, open-source LLMs, or model serving.- Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and MLOps.- Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.- Experience taking AI/ML solutions from prototype to production.
