AI/ML Engineer

Position: AI/ML EngineerLocation: Remote (Noida/Pune Locals preferred)Employment: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to help build an enterprise-grade AI interviewing and candidate assessment platform. You will work on LLM-based interview intelligence, candidate evaluation, fraud detection, computer vision, speech processing, and AI-driven scoring systems. Key Responsibilities:Build and fine-tune AI/ML models for candidate assessment and interview scoring.Develop LLM-based question generation, follow-up questioning, and response evaluation.Implement RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and structured AI workflows.Develop computer vision capabilities for identity verification, liveness, and suspicious activity detection.Work with speech-to-text, audio analysis, transcripts, and interview intelligence.Build scalable AI APIs using Python/FastAPI.Optimize model accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability.Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or open-source models.Design evaluation frameworks to reduce hallucination and scoring bias.
