We are committed to delivering exceptional service through innovation, technology, and a highly skilled workforce.Role DescriptionThe AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI and machine learning solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency. The role involves working with Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and automation technologies while collaborating with technical and business teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for business applications.Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.Develop solutions using Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.Work with NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, and automation solutions.Train, evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models.Integrate AI/ML models with existing applications and APIs.Conduct model testing, monitoring, and performance improvement.Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify AI-driven opportunities.Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices in model development.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.Professional experience in AI/ML development is preferred.Strong programming skills in Python.Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.Understanding of databases, APIs, and data processing techniques.Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with AI automation or chatbot development.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.Experience working with OpenAI or other LLM APIs.📩 Apply and become a part of Kalash Services!Skills: databases,automation,cloud,learning,models,nlp,machine learning
