The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent applications using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, AWS Lambda, LangChain, and LangGraph, with a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent orchestration frameworks.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives within a leading global financial services organization, driving innovation through scalable and secure AI-powered solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS cloud platforms.Build intelligent Agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications leveraging foundation models through Amazon Bedrock.Implement advanced AI capabilities including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Search, Knowledge Retrieval, and Model Evaluation.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.Design and implement secure, reliable, and highly scalable AI services using AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, S3, and related technologies.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.Conduct model testing, evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure production readiness.Follow AI governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI best practices.Stay updated with emerging AI trends, frameworks, and cloud innovations to drive continuous improvement.Mandatory SkillsStrong experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI DevelopmentExpertise in Amazon BedrockHands-on experience with Amazon SageMakerStrong knowledge of AWS LambdaExperience with LangChainExperience with LangGraphProficiency in Python ProgrammingSound understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)Expertise in Prompt EngineeringExperience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) ArchitecturesExposure to AI model deployment and monitoring on AWSDesired SkillsExperience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or OpenSearchMLOps/LLMOps implementation experienceKnowledge of Multi-Agent Systems and AI OrchestrationExperience in API integrations and microservices architectureFamiliarity with DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, and KubernetesExposure to BFSI domain projects is preferredEducational QualificationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.Preferred CertificationsAWS Certified Machine Learning SpecialtyAWS Certified Solutions ArchitectAWS Certified AI PractitionerGenerative AI / LLM Certifications
