Most roles are on-site or hybrid in SF and NYC.Compensation$150K to $300K base for most roles, going up to $400K+ for staff, research and ML infrastructure positionsMeaningful equity, up to 2% for founding rolesWhat we're looking for2 to 8+ years building ML or AI systems (some roles open to strong new grads)Strong Python. PyTorch for ML and research rolesYou've shipped LLM-powered products or agents to production: tool calling, RAG, structured outputs, evalsFor infra and research roles: distributed training, inference optimization, CUDA/GPU work, post-training or RLYou take ownership end to end and want to work at an early-stage, fast-moving companyNice to have: big-tech or top AI lab experience, founding or YC background, publications at NeurIPS, ICML or ICLR, a PhD for research rolesWork authorization: US citizens and green card holders preferred.
