As part of our founding phase, we offer a high-ownership, supportive environment focused on technical excellence and continuous growthRole Overview: Founding NLP / Edge AI EngineerWe are hiring a founding engineer to build efficient NLP pipelines and deploy optimized models directly to local edge hardware.Key Responsibilities:Build structured NLP translation pipelines and entity extraction systems.Fine-tune lightweight Seq2Seq models (T5, MarianMT) for custom vocabularies.Develop and optimize inference pipelines for local edge execution.Tech Stack: Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, Hugging Face.Bonus: Model compilation and quantization to ONNX format for maximum local inference speed.QualificationsStrong CS fundamentals: Data structures, algorithms, APIs, and version control (Git).Applied expertise in neural networks and pattern recognition (training, tuning, and evaluating models).
