You'll work closely with our founder Alexander — former VP Revenue Operations at two unicorns, with a background in investment banking — alongside operators who've built GTM and growth-engineering functions hands-on with C-level in high-growth scaleups. We work AI-native: Claude Code and our own headless Company OS run on live client work every day.We're well connected in the European GTM scene and regularly co-host events, panels, and get-togethers with the leaders shaping it.What you will doWe’re looking for a stellar builder who mainly does two things:Ship GTM operations for clients. You don’t click around in CRM UIs all day. You get an API key and a repo, and you build the workflows, automations, and integrations that sync GTM teams into one unit and move real KPIs (conversion, outbound volume, pipeline visibility).Build our Company OS. Help us extend the AI-native system we run the company on: agents, automated flows, reporting layers, turning every meeting into a self-learning loop. The thing that makes a three-person team punch far above its weight.Alongside these, you'll also:Support GTM audits — tools & integrations, data infrastructure, sales process, ICP, reporting — to help shape the revenue engineBuild reporting layers that help management steer strategic decisionsContribute to sales compensation, ICP and territory design, and CRM buildsWork directly with founders and C-levelWhat a normal day looks likeYou open your laptop, head to the terminal, and get building — shipping automations in direct collaboration with clients and sharpening the systems we run on.
