AI Native Software Engineer / Architect

TMC Middle East is looking for a Senior AI Native Engineer on behalf of a leading company in the UAE. This is a rare opportunity to architect and ship production-grade agentic AI systems — not prototype or prompt-engineer them — across enterprise HR, finance, and operations functions. If you live and breathe LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows in production, we want to hear from you.𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 12 Months (Extendable)𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Dubai, UAE (Strictly Remote)𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆: Senior | 6+ Years Experience𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀- Define system architecture, API contracts, and technical specifications for enterprise agentic AI solutions- Design and own end-to-end RAG pipelines — ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector stores, hybrid retrieval, and retrieval evaluation- Build agentic workflows with multi-agent patterns, supervisor/routing logic, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop approval gates- Deliver backend services, APIs, and integrations via modern CI/CD pipelines with rigorous automated and adversarial testing- Audit and correct AI-generated code for security, performance, and architectural soundness across all production systems𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀- 6+ years of hands-on software engineering with strong foundations in distributed systems and system design- Proven production experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or AutoGen- End-to-end RAG experience with demonstrated ability to evaluate and optimize retrieval quality at scale- Cloud platform proficiency (Azure, AWS, or GCP) including REST APIs and enterprise identity/authentication- Strong CI/CD discipline and experience applying quality gates to AI-generated code𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲: This role is strictly remote.
