Job Title: AI Persona Development Specialist (1 Position)About the JobWe are seeking a creative and technically minded AI Persona Development Specialist to design, develop, and refine distinctive personas for AI-powered digital characters, virtual humans, and conversational systems. The successful candidate will translate creative concepts, behavioral principles, and user requirements into coherent AI personas that communicate naturally, behave consistently, and create engaging interactions.This is a multidisciplinary role working closely with AI engineers, prompt engineers, conversation designers, writers, UX specialists, character designers, and product teams to develop personas that combine strong identity, believable behavior, emotional consistency, and reliable AI performance.Responsibilities• Develop AI persona concepts from initial creative direction through implementation and continuous refinement.• Define persona identity, personality traits, motivations, values, communication style, emotional characteristics, and behavioral boundaries.• Create detailed AI persona profiles, personality frameworks, behavior specifications, and persona documentation.• Design system-level guidelines and behavioral instructions that help AI models consistently represent the intended persona.• Collaborate with prompt engineers and AI developers to implement personas within LLM-based and conversational AI systems.• Develop dialogue examples, response patterns, interaction scenarios, emotional states, and behavioral rules.• Establish the persona's vocabulary, tone of voice, conversational rhythm, humor style, social behavior, and communication boundaries.• Design appropriate responses for different user types, contexts, emotional situations, and conversational scenarios.• Test AI personas through structured conversations and evaluate consistency, realism, relevance, and user engagement.• Identify persona drift, inconsistent responses, inappropriate behaviors, and other issues affecting the quality of AI interactions.• Work with UX and product teams to ensure that persona behavior supports the intended user experience and product objectives.• Collaborate with character, voice, animation, and digital human teams to maintain consistency across language, appearance, voice, movement, and emotional expression.• Research psychology, personality theory, storytelling, human communication, acting, and social interaction to improve AI persona design.• Monitor developments in Generative AI, Large Language Models, conversational AI, emotional AI, synthetic media, and digital human technologies.• Analyze user feedback and interaction results and use findings to continuously improve persona behavior and engagement.• Maintain version-controlled persona documentation and ensure changes are properly communicated to relevant technical and creative teams.Qualifications• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Linguistics, Communication, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Creative Writing, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.• 2–4 years of experience in AI persona development, conversational AI, conversation design, prompt engineering, character development, UX, digital media, or a related field.• Demonstrated understanding of personality, human behavior, communication, storytelling, and conversational interaction.• Experience designing personas, characters, conversational agents, virtual humans, or other interactive digital identities.• Practical familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).• Understanding of prompt engineering, system instructions, behavioral prompting, or AI interaction design.• Strong ability to translate abstract personality concepts into structured and testable behavioral specifications.• Excellent writing and communication skills, particularly in dialogue, conversational scenarios, and behavioral documentation.• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate AI outputs systematically.• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, writers, researchers, and creative professionals.• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across complex persona specifications.• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work in AI, conversational design, persona development, character design, UX, storytelling, or interactive digital experiences.• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.What We Offer• The opportunity to develop next-generation AI personas and digital characters.• Collaboration with AI engineers, researchers, designers, writers, and digital human specialists.• Access to emerging technologies in Generative AI, conversational AI, LLMs, synthetic media, and virtual humans.• A multidisciplinary environment combining artificial intelligence, creativity, psychology, storytelling, and digital interaction.• Professional development opportunities in AI persona design, conversational systems, and digital human technologies.• The opportunity to contribute to innovative AI-powered products and interactive experiences.How to ApplyPlease submit the following to farhang@parsikia.ir with the subject line "AI Persona Development Specialist":1.
