AI Platform Transformation LeadA regional technology leader in its field is looking for an AI Platform Transformation Lead to drive the development and adoption of a new AI-native, agentic platform across the organisation.The platform will support both internal corporate functions and external customer access, with the successful candidate playing a central role in shaping how AI is embedded across the business and brought to market.They are particularly interested in individuals who combine large-scale transformation experience with a strong understanding of AI platform development and agentic AI. Candidates from a top-tier consulting background, particularly MBB, would be highly relevant, especially where they have subsequently worked closely with technology, product or AI platform teams.They are looking for someone who:Has led large, complex AI or digital transformation programmesUnderstands agentic AI, AI-native platforms and enterprise AI adoptionHas experience translating AI strategy into platform development, implementation and adoptionIs highly influential and credible with senior stakeholdersCan bring together business, product, engineering and technology teams around a common transformation agendaHas the ability to operate strategically while also driving execution and organisational changeIdeally brings experience from MBB or another leading strategy / transformation consultancy, combined with hands-on exposure to AI platformsThis is a high-impact role for someone who can bridge strategy, technology and execution, helping a leading regional technology company build an AI-native platform and drive meaningful adoption across both its internal operations and customer ecosystem.
