We want AI to help our people become more creative, insightful, integrative and professionally capable, so that we can develop better-informed ideas, solve complex problems more effectively and deliver stronger outcomes for our clients.A different kind of AI roleWe are developing a global network of AI Practice Consultants who will work directly with M Moser professionals to help them:understand what rapidly evolving AI capabilities could mean for their work;identify creative and valuable applications of AI;develop new forms of human-AI professional practice;design and test AI-assisted workflows;create personal, team and project-level AI agents;evaluate the quality, limitations and risks of AI outputs;share successful discoveries and practical lessons across the company.This role is not limited to experienced consultants, software engineers, AI researchers or architecture, engineering and construction professionals.
