AI Presales Engineer l Riyadh or Jeddah, KSAWe are working with a leading global technology and digital infrastructure organisation that is expanding its enterprise AI capabilities across the region.This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at the forefront of global connectivity, cloud, digital transformation and enterprise technology, helping organisations transform the way they operate through intelligent, AI-powered solutions.As an AI Presales Engineer, you will play a key role in bringing these solutions to life - working directly with enterprise customers, understanding their business challenges and designing innovative AI architectures that deliver measurable value.You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with customer engagement, solution design and commercial presales, taking AI opportunities from initial discovery through to demonstrations, proof of concepts and technical proposals.The Role:Engage with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI adoption.Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into AI solutions.Design enterprise AI architectures using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG and agentic workflows.Develop and deliver technical demonstrations, prototypes and proof of concepts.Work alongside sales and account management teams to develop customer opportunities.Lead technical responses to RFPs and RFQs, including solution proposals, BOQs, BOMs and project estimates.Present solution architectures and recommendations to technical and senior business stakeholders.Advise customers on AI integration, scalability, security, data privacy and cloud infrastructure.Technical Experience & Qualifications:5+ years’ experience in AI Presales, Solutions Engineering, Solution Architecture or a similar customer-facing technical role.Strong practical experience with Python, LLMs, Generative AI and Machine Learning.Hands-on experience designing and architecting enterprise AI solutions using RAG, AI agents and workflow orchestration.Experience with at least one AI orchestration platform, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google Vertex AI Agent Builder or Amazon Bedrock Agents.Proven experience delivering technical demonstrations, prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).Experience managing customer-facing presales activities, including technical discovery, solution design, RFPs/RFQs, BOQs/BOMs and technical proposals.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.Why Consider This Opportunity?Join a major global technology organisation with an established enterprise customer base.Work at the forefront of Generative AI, LLMs and emerging agentic AI technologies.Engage with enterprise customers and help shape their AI transformation strategies.Combine technical architecture, innovation and commercial exposure.Play an important role in developing and delivering next-generation AI solutions across the region.📍 Location: Riyadh or Jeddah, KSA📩 goflaherty@firstpointgroup.com
