AI Product & Business Process Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an AI Product & Business Process Manager to turn business needs into practical AI and automation solutions across a CFD brokerage.You will work closely with department heads and engineers to understand existing processes, define opportunities, and manage delivery from initial discovery through adoption and results measurement.Key ResponsibilitiesMap processes across onboarding, payments, client support, sales operations, compliance operations, and internal functions.Identify repetitive work, process bottlenecks, data gaps, and opportunities for automation.Assess whether each use case requires AI, conventional workflow automation, or process redesign.Develop business cases, product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Own the delivery backlog and prioritise initiatives according to business impact and dependencies.Define approval steps, exception handling, and escalation requirements with process owners.Coordinate user acceptance testing, employee training, and rollout.Track adoption, processing time, error rates, and realised benefits after implementation.RequirementsExperience in product management, business analysis, or process transformation within financial services.Strong understanding of CFD or FX brokerage processes and the client lifecycle.Experience delivering automation, data, or AI-enabled products with engineering teams.Ability to document workflows and translate business requirements into clear technical briefs.Familiarity with CRM, client portals, payment systems, and back-office platforms.Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation, and analytical skills.Ability to challenge inefficient processes and manage changes across departments.
