Create Measurable Business Impact.We are looking for an exceptional AI Product & Growth Lead to lead the strategy, development and scaling of AI-powered products for a premium luxury real estate business in Riyadh.This is not a traditional Product Management role.The opportunity is for a product leader who understands how to turn AI, data and emerging technologies into products that improve customer engagement, lead quality, conversion and commercial growth.THE OPPORTUNITYYou will own the journey from AI opportunity → product strategy → experimentation → production → growth, working at the intersection of:AI × Product × Data × Customer Experience × Commercial GrowthYou will identify high-value opportunities and work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Technology, Sales, Marketing and senior leadership to build AI experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes.KEY AREAS• LLM-powered conversational sales assistants• Agentic AI workflows and tool-enabled experiences• AI-powered lead qualification and customer engagement• Semantic search, recommendations and personalisation• Arabic/English AI experiences for GCC audiences• AI-driven customer and sales experiences• AI opportunities across the customer acquisition and conversion funnelWHAT YOU WILL OWN• Define AI product vision, strategy and roadmap• Identify AI use cases with strong customer and commercial potential• Translate business and customer problems into scalable AI products• Take products from discovery and MVP through production and scale• Define growth KPIs and product success metrics• Run experiments, A/B tests and continuous product optimisation• Analyse funnels, cohorts, customer behaviour and conversion performance• Partner with technical teams on AI architecture, feasibility and delivery• Work with commercial teams to connect product initiatives with business growth• Use data and experimentation to decide what to build, scale, optimise or retire• Communicate product strategy, performance and opportunities to senior leadershipWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR✅ 5+ years of Product Management / Product Growth experience✅ 2+ years of experience shipping AI/ML-powered products into production at scale✅ Strong practical understanding of LLMs, GenAI, RAG, agentic workflows, tool use and AI evaluation✅ Strong analytical capabilities — SQL, experimentation, funnels and cohort analysis✅ Proven experience taking products from concept to production and scaling them✅ Strong product discovery, prioritisation and growth mindset✅ Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, Luxury Consumer, E-commerce or high-consideration sales is highly desirable✅ Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical, commercial and executive stakeholders⭐ ADVANTAGEOUS• Arabic fluency / bilingual product experience• Saudi / GCC market experience• Knowledge of Saudi PDPL and GDPR• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI or similar frameworks• Exposure to vector databases, CRM/CDP and engagement platforms• Luxury / UHNWI or international multi-market experienceWHO WILL THRIVE HERE?Someone who can move comfortably between AI technology, product strategy, customer behaviour and commercial growth.
