AI Product & Project Manager

AI Product & Project ManagerWe are looking for an experienced AI Product & Project Manager who can communicate confidently with clients, understand their business needs, and translate those needs into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks for the development team.The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, have a strong understanding of software development and AI solutions, and be highly skilled in project planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate directly with clients in Arabic and English to understand their needs, challenges, and project goals.Gather, analyze, and document client requirements.Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements, user stories, workflows, and development tasks.Break projects down into organized steps, milestones, priorities, and deliverables.Create clear task descriptions and acceptance criteria for developers, designers, and other team members.Manage projects using tools such as Jira, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar task-management platforms.Coordinate between clients and internal technical teams.Monitor project progress, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.Keep clients and team members updated on project status.Organize meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items.Review completed work to ensure it meets the documented requirements.Help prioritize product features based on client needs, technical feasibility, and business value.Identify unclear requirements early and ask the right questions before development begins.Maintain accurate and well-organized project documentation.Required QualificationsProfessional fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.Previous experience in software project management, product management, business analysis, or a similar role.Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.Good understanding of how AI products, AI tools, APIs, automations, and software systems work.Experience gathering client requirements and converting them into technical tasks.Experience using Jira, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar project-management tools.Excellent documentation and technical-writing skills.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to following up on tasks.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with AI-powered products, SaaS platforms, web applications, mobile applications, or automation projects.Experience writing user stories, product requirement documents, process flows, and acceptance criteria.Basic understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, frontend development, and backend development.Experience working directly with developers, designers, QA teams, and clients.Experience working in an agency, software company, startup, or technology consulting environment.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of projects. You should be able to listen carefully to clients, identify what they actually need, and communicate those requirements clearly to the technical team.You do not need to be a software developer, but you must understand software and AI well enough to communicate with developers, evaluate requirements, organize technical work, and manage projects effectively.Starting SalaryThe starting monthly salary range for this role is AED 6,000–8,000, depending on skills and experience.
