12+ years of software engineering experience at Staff/Principal levelStrong Python and production LLM/AI experienceHands-on RAG, embeddings, vector search and AI agent workflowsStrong React/Next.js frontend experienceBackend experience with Python, Java/Kotlin or Node.jsREST APIs, SSE/WebSockets, PostgreSQLExperience with LangChain/LangGraph or similar agent frameworksAzure, Docker and CI/CD experienceExperience building and deploying production AI-powered productsStrong hands-on architecture and technical leadershipExperience with AI coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code or OpenCode is criticalArabic/bilingual AI product and government/highly regulated environment experience is preferred.
