What You'll Do

Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for an AI-driven scientific platformPartner closely with AI researchers, computational biologists, and engineering teams to translate emerging capabilities into real-world productsWork directly with biotech and pharmaceutical customers to understand research workflows and unmet needsShape AI experiences supporting biological reasoning, target discovery, knowledge synthesis, and scientific decision-makingDrive customer adoption, product positioning, and go-to-market strategyInfluence the build-out of a world-class AI product organizationCollaborate closely with executive leadership to define long-term product strategy and company growthWhat We're Looking For:Required5+ years of Product Management experience, with significant exposure to life sciences or scientific software productsStrong background in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Genetics, Drug Discovery, Biomedical Research, or related scientific domainsDemonstrated experience building products used by scientists, researchers, or technical domain expertsDeep understanding of modern AI systems, foundation models, agents, and the evolving LLM ecosystemExperience taking complex technical products from concept to marketAbility to communicate effectively across scientific, engineering, and business stakeholdersHighly DesiredExperience building AI-native products for drug discovery, biomedical research, or scientific knowledge workFamiliarity with AI copilots, AI agents, or AI scientist systemsExperience commercializing products built on large-scale biological, molecular, or multimodal datasetsTrack record working with pharmaceutical or biotechnology customersOpen-source contributions or leadership within AI-for-science communitiesWhy This Role:Build products that could fundamentally change how drug discovery research is conductedHelp define the next generation of AI scientists and scientific copilotsSignificant ownership with direct access to executive leadershipOpportunity to build and scale a new function from the ground upWork alongside exceptional AI, biology, and engineering talentCompetitive compensation, bonus, and meaningful equity participation
