AI Product Management Lead

As AI Product Management Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and managing the bank's portfolio of AI products, including AI agents, machine learning capabilities, and intelligent customer experiences. Working closely with business leaders, engineering teams, risk, compliance, and design stakeholders, you'll help bring AI-powered products from concept to production while ensuring measurable business value and strong governance.Responsibilities• Define and manage the roadmap for AI products across retail and corporate banking journeys. • Lead the evaluation and prioritisation of AI use cases through a structured value and investment framework. • Build and demonstrate proof-of-value AI solutions to support business decisions and investment cases. • Partner with business, engineering, legal, risk, and security teams to deliver well-governed AI products. • Manage AI product lifecycle performance, adoption metrics, and marketplace visibility. • Ensure AI products meet regulatory requirements, governance standards, and responsible AI principles. Requirements• 8+ years of product management experience delivering AI, machine learning, analytics, or data-driven products. • Experience building and demonstrating proof-of-value applications using modern AI technologies. • Strong experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps, business cases, and benefits realisation frameworks. • Experience delivering products through cross-functional teams across engineering, business, legal, risk, and security functions. • Strong understanding of AI, data platforms, machine learning, and modern AI ecosystems. • Experience within banking, fintech, financial services, or another highly regulated environment is strongly preferred.
