Acting as a trusted advisor rather than a software reseller, SHEPER translates technology into plain business language to help clients achieve stronger productivity, better visibility, and sustainable growth.Role Description The AI Product Manager – Client Solutions is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on working closely with client leadership teams to understand business objectives, assess AI readiness, and define solution requirements that align with operational and strategic goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, translating business needs into AI and automation use cases, coordinating with technical specialists, and shaping end-to-end solution roadmaps. The person in this role will prepare and deliver client presentations, facilitate discovery and design workshops, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout implementation and adoption. They will also monitor solution performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and support change management to ensure successful outcomes and measurable business value.QualificationsStrong skills in product management and client solutions, including requirements gathering, roadmap development, and stakeholder management.Applied experience with AI, automation, and intelligent workflows, with the ability to translate business problems into practical AI use cases.Background in business process analysis and improvement, including mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and defining measurable success criteria.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, business-oriented language.Proven ability to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in consulting, technology, or transformation environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with comfort working with data to inform decisions and performance reporting.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.Experience in management consulting, product management, or digital transformation in the MENA region is a plus; proficiency in English required, Arabic is beneficial.
