Twenty people. Revenue grew 4x last year. Eighteen months on the current product and already working with dozens of enterprise clients across the US. The engineering team ships fast, the investors are best-in-class, and the market is moving.What you'll doYou'll own a portfolio of AI agent deployments across multiple enterprise healthcare customers. Not "influence." Own. You're the general manager for your accounts. Agent design, performance, client relationships (including C-suite steering committees), and the ARR those agents drive. All yours.That means diagnosing issues from production data and real patient-facing interactions. Partnering with engineering to fix and ship improvements quickly. Building repeatable playbooks so deployments scale without you being the bottleneck. Working directly with customers to understand their workflows. Billing cycles, provider operations, payer dynamics. The nuance matters here.This sits at the centre of one of the biggest shifts in enterprise software: from traditional SaaS to AI agents operating real workflows in production. You'll help define what "great" looks like in this new category.What you bringA rigorous technical degree (CS, Engineering, Maths, Physics, Economics)A track record in high-performance environments: high-growth startup, top tech engineering business, or product deployment at scaleEnough technical depth to work autonomously with engineers, data pipelines, and implementation details. Python proficiency expectedHealthcare operations knowledge is a serious advantage.
