AI Product Manager

We're partnering with a fast-growing fintech company on a confidential search for an AI Product Manager. Our client is a lean, ambitious team building next-generation financial products powered by AI. They move quickly, ship often, and give their people real ownership over what they build. The RoleWe are looking for an AI Product Manager to own the roadmap for their AI-driven products - from intelligent automation and fraud/risk tooling to customer-facing AI features. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, data science, compliance, and commercial strategy, translating what's technically possible into products customers actually want.What You'll DoDefine and drive the product roadmap for AI/ML-powered features across the platformWork closely with data scientists and engineers to scope, prioritize, and ship AI capabilitiesTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business cases and user storiesPartner with compliance and risk teams to ensure AI products meet regulatory standardsRun discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to identify high-value AI use casesDefine success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on dataWhat We're Looking For3+ years in product management, ideally with exposure to AI/ML productsExperience in financial services, fintech, or a related regulated industry preferredStrong technical fluency - comfortable in conversations with ML engineers and data scientistsA track record of shipping products end-to-end, from concept to launchExcellent communication skills; able to flex between technical and non-technical audiencesComfortable with startup pace - ambiguity, fast iteration, wearing multiple hatsFamiliarity with AI governance, model risk, or regulatory frameworks in financial servicesIf this sounds like your next role then apply now!
