Job Responsibilities
Define and launch AI product scenarios: Deeply understand users’ real workflows in Web and App scenarios, and identify product opportunities where AI can create clear value. This role is not about simply adding AI features, but about redesigning the user experience around user tasks and driving end-to-end execution from requirement definition and solution design to launch and iteration.Optimize prompts, context, and model performance: Work closely with algorithm and engineering teams to continuously optimize prompt strategies, context management, evaluation criteria, and model invocation logic, ensuring that AI outputs are truly usable rather than merely effective in demos.Drive product iteration through data: Define key metrics for AI products, such as feature usage rate, adoption rate of generated results, edit rate, retention, and conversion. Continuously optimize product logic and user experience based on data insights and user feedback.Conduct ongoing user research and competitive analysis: Stay closely informed about user needs, product trends, and competitor developments in overseas ToC markets. Identify new product opportunities from user behavior and market changes.Drive cross-functional product delivery: Collaborate effectively with design, engineering, operations, marketing, and other teams. Clearly communicate product goals and priorities, drive high-quality product launches, and continuously track post-launch performance.
Job Requirements
Excellent English communication skills: Able to accurately understand English-speaking users’ communication habits, usage scenarios, and subtle feedback. Capable of independently conducting user interviews, requirement analysis, and product copy evaluation for the US market.Strong ToC product sense and hands-on experience: 3+ years of internet product experience, with a solid understanding of ToC product logic across user needs, experience design, conversion paths, retention, and growth. Sensitive to user experience and able to judge which features users will actually use, why they will use them, and where they may get stuck.Experience with AI or algorithm-related products: Experience designing and launching products related to AI, LLMs, recommendation systems, search, speech recognition, NLP, or other algorithm-driven scenarios. Understands the differences between AI products and traditional products in terms of user experience, evaluation, and iteration methods.Understanding of mainstream AI products and model capabilities: Familiar with the basic capabilities and limitations of mainstream models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source LLMs. Understands common LLM and Agent product patterns, and can communicate effectively with engineering teams on model performance, context, invocation cost, and product experience.Solid product management fundamentals: Clear logical thinking, with the ability to independently produce PRDs, user stories, flowcharts, prototypes, and other product deliverables. Able to break down complex problems into executable product solutions and drive teams toward implementation.Data-driven mindset: Does not rely solely on intuition for decision-making. Able to analyze user behavior through SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, or other data tools to identify product issues and iteration opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with voice, input method, or productivity products: Experience with products related to voice input, speech recognition, transcription, keyboards, input methods, AI writing, note-taking, or meeting records is preferred.Hands-on 0-to-1 AI product experience: Experience participating in the early definition, MVP validation, core experience refinement, user retention, or commercialization exploration of AI products, rather than only iterating on mature features.Familiarity with growth or monetization for ToC products: Experience in App growth, subscription conversion, onboarding, paywalls, retention optimization, or localized operations for users is preferred.Ability to evaluate AI product quality: Able to define evaluation criteria for AI output quality, assess whether responses are accurate, complete, usable, and aligned with user expectations, and continuously optimize product performance through human evaluation, data analysis, and user feedback.
