Position: AI Product ManagerReports To: AI Transformation LeaderFunction / CoE: AI CoE — ProductIndustry: Electronics Manufacturing ServicesLevel: Senior Manager / DirectorMandate: Own AI agents as products with measurable business KPIsPosition Summary:The AI Product Manager treats each agent — RFQ, Planning, Supply Chain, Program Manager, Scheduler, Executive Copilot — as a product with a defined user, value hypothesis, backlog and KPI. The role bridges business users and the engineering/data teams to ship, measure and continuously improve agent capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine agent product vision, user journeys and success metrics.Own the agent backlog; prioritize features by business value and feasibility.Partner with Sales, Bid, Supply Chain and Operations to validate value in the flow of work.Design human-in-the-loop approval gates and exception-handling behavior.Track adoption, accuracy and ROI; drive iteration cycles.Ideal Profile10+ years in product management, ideally with data/AI or enterprise-workflow products.Strong grasp of manufacturing / supply-chain processes (RFQ, MRP, S&OP).Ability to define crisp KPIs and run evidence-based iteration.Excellent stakeholder management across business and technical teams.Success in 12 MonthsTwo agents in production with documented KPI improvement.Clear adoption metrics and a prioritized cross-agent roadmap.Approval-gate and exception design accepted by governance.
