AI Product Owner (Agentic Systems & Python)

About the Role:We are looking for an AI Product Owner to lead our new AI agent products. You will sit between business and tech teams. You will turn big ideas into working, autonomous AI tools.You must have a strong technical background. You should know how to build with Python. You also need to understand how AI agents think, use tools, and solve multi-step problems.Responsibilties:Setting the Product Vision: Create the roadmap for our AI agents and automated workflowsTalking Tech with Engineers: Use your Python and AI knowledge to help developers make choices about cost, speed, and accuracyWriting Technical Stories: Turn business needs into clear tasks, user stories, and code requirements for agile sprintsKeeping Agents Safe: Build tests and guardrails to make sure our AI systems are accurate, safe, and helpfulTracking Success: Look at user feedback and data to find ways to make our AI agents smarter and fasterRequirementsto be able to work onsite in our Riyadh officePython Skills: Real experience writing or reading Python codeAgentic Tech Knowledge: Experience using AI tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or RAG systemsProduct Experience: Experience at managing tech products or working as a lead software engineerClear Communication: The ability to explain complex AI models to business teams in simple termsProblem-Solving Mindset: Comfort with the experimental and fast-changing world of Generative AI
